Preparation before operation:
Connect the electrofusion pipe fittings to the pipes;
Insert the output plug of the welding machine into the electrode of the electrofusion pipe fitting;
2. Turn on the power
After the power is turned on, "Welcome to Yongtong Welding Machine" is displayed on the screen. After a delay, the input power voltage, frequency, ambient temperature and system time are displayed. After a delay of 2 seconds, the main menu is entered. The main menu includes: primary welding, segmented welding , Data processing, system setting: press the up and down keys on the main menu to select each submenu.
One welding: only one voltage value is set in the whole welding process;
Segmented welding: multi-segment welding, up to five welding voltage values can be set during the welding process;
Data processing: processing welding data;
System Settings: Set the necessary parameters of the system.
